Hello families and friends!
We did a guided drawing of pumpkins this week. Students practiced drawing their pumpkins on a white board. Ask your child to show you how to draw the perfect pumpkin! After they perfected their pumpkin, they draw it on paper, outlined, painted/coloured it and here are the results!
This upcoming week, we will be doing more pumpkin exploration!
We added a new centre, Magnetiles, in the classroom and I can't believe how creative they are! Here are just some of their creations.
Announcements
On Halloween (Wednesday, October 31, 2018), students can come dressed up. If they do wear a costume, please leave weapons and masks at home.
Friday, November 2, 2018 - Morning Kindergarten attends
A notice will be coming home on Tuesday in regards to pumpkin experiments we will be doing on Wednesday. Please check the communication folder.

On the additional support page, there are links for the First 26 Grapheme sounds. Please practice these sounds with your child. If your child needs help with printing, I also uploaded templates that they can use. (I use these templates in the classroom)
